Kyiv residen for two years produced and sold child pornography, raping her own minor daughter. Her accomplice, to whom she handed over the child for sexual exploitation, was also found guilty.

Prosecutor General's Office, the woman was sentenced to 15 years in prison. The husband received the same term of imprisonment – 15 years – and all property was confiscated. The court granted the claims for compensation of 300 thousand UAH  for moral damage to the child by the convicts.
Prosecutors have proven that from 2019 to 2021, a woman used her own 5-year-old daughter to produce child pornography. She filmed the rape of a child on her phone and sold it online. After meeting a man, she gave him her young daughter for sexual exploitation and helped him rape the child in exchange for a monetary reward.
The mother was charged with paragraph 2 of Art 156, paragraph 1, paragraph  2, paragraph 3 of Art 301, paragraph 4, Part 5 of Art 301 (in the version that was in force before the Law of Ukraine No. 1256-ІХ of February 18, 2021 entered into force), paragraph 1, paragraph4 of Art 301-1,paragraph  3 of Art 149,paragraph  6 of Art 152, paragraph 6 of Art 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and her accomplice was charged with paragraph  3 of Art 149, paragraph 4 of Art 152, paragraph 1, paragraph  3 of Art 301 and paragraph 1, paragraph 3 of Art 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The girl was removed from a dangerous environment, and her mother was deprived of her parental rights.
